It's me! Luigi!

Hello, I'm Luigi! I have 23 years old, I currently work with Devops & Infra Engineering, I love gaming and I always try to learn about new tech, I speak Portuguese and English (though is not my primary language). When I'm meeting someone new, I always expect to hear a joke with my name!

At least here in Brazil, Super Mario Bros was (and still is) a popular videogame series, and Luigi is not a common name over here, so i'm used to hear joke about my name and the game series hey Luigi, where's Mario?, I'll be honest here, I do not avoid this joke, in fact my first tattoo is a life mushroom from the game, my favorite color is green (and I don't hide it). To be perfect honest, I even have a Luigi's hat!

It's always hard to describe yourself (and any human), So I'll try to give some first impressions, I'm frequently stereotyped as a nerdy type of person, or a person who has always a bad mood and is closed off... Well.. Actually I can be pretty nerdy, but I'm not closed off as people usually think, I'm just a bit introverted with strangers but after some minutes chatting with me you'll notice that I talks a lot.

One of the reasons my website has all my social media and a blog is because I like to talk about a lot of things in my life. Maybe if you like (or not) what I'm talking about, we can discuss it further (or talk about any subject =D).

If you wanna know more about my work in tech, you can start at my CV, where I describe more about myself, but tech can be my hobby aswell, as primarily infrastructure engineer, at my free time I like to learn more about programming and creating new things, this own website is developed by myself forking Ernesto's template Also I love gaming, my favorite game is Counter Strike where I have tons of hours played and being a little competitive about the game, I even try to participate in some local tournaments and I'm always studying the game to become a better player and to help my friends and I to become a better team. I play another games and genres aswell, in recent times Cyberpunk 2077 took a lot of my time, but I stick with Portal 2 as my favorite singleplayer game.

Outside tech, I consideer myself a simple person, São Paulo can be a big city so It's never really get boring in terms to entreteniment, and I'm fortunely to have friends that live here aswell, so you can always meet be at a Pub or similar place getting some beers and drinks or at a party sometimes, or even eating some Japanese food. Usually I have one rule for a relationship (any kind): Just don't be an asshole! Myself I'm cis, white and straight, but mostly of my friends are from LGBTQIA+ community So I don't tolerate anyone that is against diversity or try to harm my friends just because of who they are.
I love listening to eletronic music, Riddim Dubstep is my favorite genre at moment but i'm always listening to something new. I also listen to rap, pop, rock and more, I don't stick with one music genre as sometimes my mood decides what I want to hear in the moment, as I work from home and always at computer, I'm always listening to something trying to focus or only to getting chills vibe at stress moments, well, I'm listening right now Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know while I'm writing :)
